Flavor Workshop with Şerife Aksoy
Within the scope of the SENTRUM project, we held our first meeting with Şerife Aksoy for the Flavor Workshop in İzmir Birgi and also visited the Birgi Village Market.
While we were also working in the field of gastronomy and meeting with Birgi women and business owners; we went to the Birgi Village Market, where many products such as all kinds of natural local fruits, vegetables, local dairy products, olive oil, dried fruits, etc. are available from the producers. We continue our work to build the future of Birgi together.
