Sustainable Kitchen Talk and Workshop
A talk and workshop themed “Sustainable Kitchen” was held at the SENTRUM Birgi Application Center, with the participation of Fatma Denizci, President of the Ovacık Women’s Seed Association, association representatives, and local women from the region.
The event focused on the production networks established by women in rural areas through solidarity, shared experiences of Turkish cuisine, and community-based sharing practices. Following the talk, a hands-on kitchen workshop was held, reflecting the spirit of collaborative production.
